"The appearance of my pool deck looks outstanding. I have questioned the fact if the cool decking application was applied properly. My deck is hotter now than when I had it done previously. We now cannot walk barefoot around the pool. I talked to Encore Cool Deck Cooling products and they ensured me that the color wasn't that significant on the cooling effect. The surface around the pool is suppose to be 30-38% cooler. I called to talk to ATD and they sent me the same technician that applied the cool decking instead of the salesman. The tech said that it was a dark color that is causing the heat but it is not dark but a light gray. We cannot walk on the surface or touch the sides of the pool exposed by the sun without getting burned. I was told that David the salesman would contact me and thus far nothing more."
